Fresh Fruit Waffle Bowls

Ingredients

1 cup heavy whipping cream

1 tablespoon sugar

3 cups fresh fruit such as strawberries, grapes, kiwis, blueberries, raspberries

6 waffle bowls

2 tablespoons honey, optional

Directions:

In a chilled bowl beat the whipping cream with an electric mixer until soft peaks start to form. Add sugar and continue to beat for an additional 2 minutes. Place 1/2 cup of fresh fruit in each waffle bowl. Evenly distribute whipped cream among fruit bowls and drizzle honey over each. Serve immediately.
