Chicken Pita Sandwich
This little sandwich is perfect for brown bag lunches or a quick snack

Ingredients

mayonnaise

dijon mustard

|
| 1 |
cup |
(about 5 ounces) cooked chicken breast, shredded or chopped
|
|
|
| 2 |
slices |
bacon, cooked and crumbled
|
|
|
| 1/4 |
cup |
shredded cheddar cheese
|
|
|
| 1 |
Tablespoon |
chopped green onion
|
|

| 1 |
|
tomato, cut to make four slices
|
|
|
| 2 |
|
pitas, cut in half
|
|
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
alfalfa sprouts
|
|
|
Directions:
Blend together mayonnaise and mustard; add chicken, bacon, cheese and onion. Stir to combine.
Place 1 tomato slice into each pita half. Spoon one fourth of chicken mixture into each pita half. Top with sprouts.
